Cinemark Announces Grand Opening of New 14-Screen Theatre in Tucson, AZ

New Century Tucson Marketplace and XD Theatre Features Luxury Lounger Recliners, NextGen Cinema Design Concept, Expanded Dining Menu and an XD Auditorium

PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cinemark Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CNK), a leader in the motion picture exhibition industry, will open a new 14-screen theatre in Tucson, Arizona, on Thursday, November 10. Located at 1300 E. Tucson Marketplace, the new Century Tucson Marketplace and XD will feature Cinemark’s NextGen cinema design concept, Luxury Lounger electric recliners in all auditoriums, a Cinema Café and a Cinemark XD auditorium.

The new Century Tucson Marketplace and XD Theatre has a variety of Grand Opening activities planned for the week. On Thursday, November 10 the theatre will host its official “Ticket Tearing” ceremony at 12:00 PM with Mayor Jonathan Rothschild and other special guests. Special Invitation-only events and screenings will take place on November 8 and 9.
